Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The accounting standards codification no. 740 (asc 740), accounting for income taxes, established the minimum threshold for recognizing, and a system for measuring, the benefits of tax return positions in financial statements. Management has analyzed the association's tax position taken on its income tax returns for the prior three years and has concluded that no additional provision for income taxes is deemed necessary in the association's financial statements.
