The organization uses yarco company, inc. To manage the day-to-day operations of the nowlin hall apartments housing project. The management agent provides services with respect to marketing, rentals, collections, enforcement of leases, property maintenance and repairs, employees, records and reports. The management plan prescribes the number, qualifications, and duties of personnel to be regularly employed in the management of the project. Such employees are hired, supervised, and discharged by the management agent. No officers of the organization are employed or compensated by the management company.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization qualifies as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Therefore, no provision is made for income taxes in these statements. In addition, the organization is exempt from real estate taxes. The organization has adopted the standards requiring disclosure of uncertain tax positions under the fasb asc topic "income taxes." there has been no interest or penalties recognized in the statement of activities or in the statement of financial position related to uncertain tax positions. In addition, no material tax positions exist for which it is reasonably possible that the total amounts of unrecognized tax benefits will significantly increase or decrease within the next 12 months. The organization files tax returns in the u.s. Federal jurisdiction and the missouri state jurisdiction. The organization is no longer subject to u.s. Federal, state and local, or non-u.s. Income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2021.
