Contract awarded by the U.S. Department of Education, National Center for Education Statistics - Contract titled "Quality Assurance of National Assessment of Educational Progress Processes." Scope: Four (4) activities: (1) Review other NAEP contractors' processes and quality control plans to identify where problems may occur and any additional quality checks that may be needed; (2) Undertake in-depth studies of NAEP operations and processes, focusing on between 2 and 6 topics per year; (3) Conduct site visits of NAEP operations and tasks to observe processes, identify weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvement; and (4) Partake in several general activities related to this function, as outlined.

Contract awarded by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security - Customs & Border Protection - Contract titled "Program Support and Management Assistance for International Programs" Scope: Provide professional consulting services, support and management assistance to INA in the implementation and support of: system administrator support for the International Interest Group Share Point Site; development of program documentation, reports, briefings and materials; development of standard operating procedures and preparation of policy documentation; facilitation and meeting support; research and development of issue papers; and consultation and support of International Programs.
