PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is exempt from federal income tax under internal revenue code section 501(c)(4). The organization adheres to the provisions of financial accounting standards board codification 740, income taxes (asc 740). Asc 740 prescribes a comprehensive model for financial statement recognition, measurement, classification and disclosure of uncertain tax positions. The organization has concluded that it does not have any uncertain tax positions that require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. Management believes it is no long subject to income tax examinations for years prior to 2013.
