THE ORGANIZATION HAS CONCLUDED THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS THAT REQUIRE RECOGNITION OR DISCLOSURE IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
