With the exception of the Holy Redeemer Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Holy Redeemer Active and Retirement Living (HRARL, Inc.), all entities are not-for-profit corporations as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. In conformity with the internal revenue code and applicable state and local tax statutes, taxable income or loss of the ASC is required to be reported in the tax returns of the owners and, accordingly, no provision has been made in the accompanying consolidated financial statements for any federal, state, or local income taxes.”
