APPRAISAL STANDARDS BOARD: The ASB held three public meetings in 2012. Their work plan for 2012 included numerous requests for comments, three exposure drafts, and hundreds of public comments concerning revisions to the 2014-2015 USPAP. The Board engaged in a concentrated outreach program to solicit input on the subject of reporting and communication-related issues for this issue. The Board then undertook (as it does with each edition of USPAP) the task of incorporating all the revisions in USPAP, the Advisory Opinions, the Frequently Asked Questions, the National USPAP courses,(CONTINUED IN SCHEDULE O, page 30)

Activity 3

BOARD OF TRUSTEES: The Industry Advisory Council (IAC) of the BOT met three times in 2012 as part of its charge to develop recommendations for the Foundation's independent Boards, the AQB, APB and the ASB. The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council (TAFAC) held three meetings at which detailed, specific recommendations or comments were made to the Boards. In 2012, the Foundation hosted a Level 1 and Level 2 of the classroom version of the State Appraiser Investigator Training. Over the past four years we have conducted a total of 12 course offerings attended by a total of over 400 state investigators.(CONTINUED IN SCHEDULE O, page 31)
