As sole member, main line diversified services holds certain powers of election and approval in connection with the governing body of main line affiliates. These powers are presented in detail in the company's governing documents which the company makes available to the public upon request.”

Compensation recommendations at this level are reviewed and recommended by mlh compensation function to members of senior management.”
