The board is comprised of no fewer than 13 or more than 25 members. The current board includes six representatives of pasac and 17 community members.”

All board member shall complete a disclosure statement and maintain a continuing obligation to update this statement regularly. Each individual shall disclose to the executive committee through the board chair any personal interest which he or she may have in any matter pending before the organization and shall refrain from participation in any discussion or decision on such matter. Any new member of the board of directors shall be given this policy at the time of their election onto the board of directors and the policy will be reviewed annually by the board at a regularly scheduled meeting. The minutes of the meeting shall reflect that the conflict disclosure was made, the vote taken and, where applicable, the abstention from voting and participation by the interested party.”
