Those members of the board who are not present are mailed a conflict of interest package and are requested to return the signed forms at their earliest convenience. All new employees must sign the conflict of interest policy during orientation to avoid termination.”

The executive committee meets periodically during the year to discuss the executive director's performance. The president then meets with the executive director to discuss the outcome of the executive committee meeting and to offer an extension to the contract, if appropriate. Salary is based on a comparison with other same sized like agencies.”
