Orchard cove is a non-profit continuing care retirement community for the aged consisting of 227 independent living units, 28 assistance in living units and a 45 bed on-site skilled nursing facility.

As an affiliate of Hebrew SeniorLife, inc the mission of Orchard Cove, inc is to honor our elders, by respecting and promoting their independence, spiritual vigor, (SEE SCHEDULE O)

Refundable entrance fees are paid to former residents from the proceeds of entrance fees paid by new residents. As entrance fees increase over time, the size of the Refundable Entrance Fee liability also increases, assuming a stable resident census.
