The 990 was prepared by a qualified cpa firm which has been selected by the trustees. Information for the 990 is provided by the tpht staff subject to the organization's normal accounting procedures. Staff recommended the board accept staff's report regarding the form of, and the representations contained in, the irs form 990. The board accepted the report of staff and approved the filing of the form 990 with the irs.
