For the fiscal year 2018 affordable housing centers of pennsylvania achieved the following results in their housing counseling services: 660 households attended a group education workshop, 535 households received first-time homebuyer counseling services, 148 clients that ahcopa counseled successfully purchased their home, 343 clients were counseled for mortgage and real estate tax foreclosure prevention services, approximately 50% of households avoided foreclosure.
