For the fiscal year 2017 affordable housing centers of pennsylvania achieved the following results in their housing counseling services: 420 households attended a group education workshop, 358 households received first-time homebuyer counseling services, 87 clients that ahcopa counseled successfully purchased their home, 212 clients were counseled for mortgage foreclosure prevention services, 77 households obtained a successful retention outcome, 104 households received counseling for real estate tax delinquency, 67 households successful entered into repayment agreements with their deliquent taxes
