Form 990 will be presented to the audit and finance committee for review and forwarded to the board for acceptance and approval.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

Questions of potential conflicts are aired and discussed at board meetings and senior staff meetings when decisions are deliberated.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15A

A special committee of the board reviews the performance of the ceo based on previously determined measures. The committee is comprised of one human resource expert with more than 40 year experience, the president and president emeritus.
