Arc apartments, inc. (the corporation) is a non-for-profit corporation whose principal purpose is to provide housing for the aged and handicapped under section 202 of the housing act of 1959.

Arc apartments inc. Delegates the management duties of their operations to ulster-greene counties chapter nysarc, inc. For budgetary, recording, bookkeeping and managerial functions.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11

The independent auditors will meet with the audit, finance and management committees to review the 990 tax returns. The committees will discuss with management any issues, concerns or recommendations resulting from the completion of the 990 tax return. Once the 990 has been accepted by the committees, the cfo of ulster-greene counties chapter arc will present the 990 return to the full board of directors.
