The University strives to provide students with THE multi-disciplinary, intercultural, and ethical understandings necessary to participate, lead, and prosper in the global marketplace of ideas, commerce and culture.”
“Higher Education Instruction - Fairleigh Dickinson University was founded in 1942, and is the largest independent nonsectarian institution of higher education in New Jersey. The University educates more than 12,000 undergraduate and graduate students in New Jersey, and an additional 728 undergraduate students in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. With a wide range of academic programs and two main campuses in New Jersey, each with its own identity and separate mission, the University preserves the intimacy of a small college within a large suburban institution. The Florham Campus in Morris County, New Jersey is a picture perfect collegiate environment. Ivy-covered buildings, a strong student life program, and traditional amenities and activities make Florham a picturesque learning environment.
