Mercy Corps ($278 million annual revenue) and international medical corps ($163 million annual revenue). 5) Mercer 2015 global salary survey. presenting market-driven median gross pay in the USA. The iMMAP compensation committee met to review the compensation data, performed a performance evaluations for the CEO, and considered the existing financial picture, and finalized the 2018 salary adjustment.”
