The organization's conflict of interest policy provides for periodic reviews to ensure compliance and a procedure for addressing any conflicts.

The organization's president is responsible for all salary decisions with respect to all staff members. The organization's president annually reviews all existing staff salaries and bases their decisions on a range of factors including: level of responsibility and job tasks, job performance, title, cost of living, and, where available salary comparable, for other non-profits of our size and budget. The organization last reviewed all staff salaries in december 2017.
