Raise money to support arts education programs in rural Oregon (considered to be any Oregon community except those in the Portland, Oregon metro area) via music festivals and other events.
To help ensure that the arts remain an integral part of education for children in K-12 schools throughout the state of Oregon, and especially in underserved rural communities.
