THIS REGULATION PROVIDES SEVERAL CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH AN ORGANIZATION WILL BE A PUBLIC CHARITY ORGANIZATION. SEVERAL FACTORS INDICATE THAT THE ORGANIZATION MEETS THE 10% FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1) THE ORGANIZATION'S GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC SUPPORT EXCEEDS 10%. 2) THE ORGANIZATION'S PUBLIC SUPPORT IS 29%, 19 PERCENTAGE POINTS ABOVE THE 10% THRESHOLD. THIS WAS AN INCREASE OF 6% OVER THE PUBLIC SUPPORT PERCENTAGE REPORTED ON THE 2011 990. 3) THE ORGANIZATION HAS SEVERAL MAJOR CONTRIBUTORS THAT SUPPORT THE ORGANIZATION. 4) THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE REQUIRES ITS GOVERNING BODY TO HAVE SEVERAL BOARD MEMBERS WHO REQUIRE MAJOR EXPERTISE AND HIGH LEVELS OF TRAINING TO PROMOTE AND ACHIEVE ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE. 5) THE ORGANIZATION HAS SEVERAL PROGRAMS WORLDWIDE EDUCATING THE WORLD POPULATION ON THE ACHIEVEMENTS AND BREAKTHROUGHS OF FOCUSED ULTRASOUND MEDICAL TREATMENTS. THE ORGANIZATION HOPES THAT THESE PROGRAMS WOULD ENCOURAGE A BROADER AND MORE PUBLIC SPECTRUM OF MONETARY SUPPORT IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE PUBLIC PERCENT SUPPORT ABOVE 10%.
