Mission

See Schedule OBrent Eley Center ("Center") is a supporting organization, exclusively operating for the benefit of Brent Eley Foundation ("Foundation"). The Center owns the capital buildings, referred to as Brent's Place, located in Aurora, Colorado. This property is comprised of land and two buildings; "Founder's House" established in February 2009, and "Tanner's House", established in June 2017. Brent's Place is managed and operated by the Foundation. The Brent Eley Foundation (dba Brent's Place) is committed to providing Safe-Clean, long-term housing for families and children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses while they receive treatment at local hospitals. In addition to independent living accommodations, Brent's Place offers a variety of uniquely tailored programs and services for the entire family designed to help in the healing process.

Brent Eley Center (the "Center") is a supporting organization, operated exclusively for the benefit of Brent Eley Foundation (the "Foundation"). The Center owns Brent's Place in Aurora, Colorado, which is comprised of two buildings - "Founder's House" which opened in February 2009 and "Tanner's House" which opened in June 2017. Brent's Place is operated by the Foundation and offers Safe-Clean housing, support, and respite for pediatric patients and their families during treatment for a life-threatening illness.

Compliance with the policy is monitored by the Board President.

IRS990/Desc0Brent's Place in Aurora, Colorado supports pediatric, adolescent and young adult patients and their families during lengthy treatments for cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Brent's Place is the only Children's Hospital Colorado approved Safe-Clean housing facility for these patients and their families. The facility strives to promote healing and recovery thru extensive family support and an environment designed and maintained to minimize the risk of infection. Brent's Place provides housing and support programs to all of our families throughout their stay. In 2017, we served 179 patients and, with the addition of another building, provided over 11,200 room nights, and 800 support programs and activities to patients and families in need.See Schedule O for continuation. Brent Eley Center (the "Center") owns the Brent's Place facility, comprised of land and two adjacent buildings ("Founder's House and "Tanner's House"). Founder's House opened in February 2009 and Tanner's House opened in June 2017. Rent is paid by the Brent Eley Foundation to the Center for use of the facilities.

Brent's Place is operated by the Foundation and offers Safe-Clean housing, support, and respite for pediatric patients and their families during treatment for a life-threatening illness.
