The organization promoted shared decision-making at primary care practices. Other program services 5: behavioral health integration: the organization provides quality improvement support to all the behavioral health home organizations in maine through a learning collaborative, offering 3 learning sessions and 18 webinars. Maine quality counts provided 17 behavioral health home teams with training and support to improve the coordination of behavioral and physical health care for people with serious mental illness.”

“The organization had an unusual and unexpected change in net assets than realized historically, and such a change is not forecast to occur again in the foreseeable future. This change in net assets is the result of several factors including staffing salary variances as a result of reorganization which defined different positions from original program budgets, staffing vacancies for medical leaves, the inability to recruit qualified employment candidates, and extended negotiations for additional funding which was received retroactively late in the year. The board approved setting aside $400,000 of net assets designated to be for continued practice transformation efforts.”
