Mission

To operate as a community land trust (clt), thereby providing perpetual affordable housing in charlotte county, florida. The trust will acquire land and retain the fee simple title to such land and allow affordable housing to be constructed and sold to qualifyied buyers. The homeowners will be given a long-term lease on the land for a nominal monthly payment, which will initially be 25.
