The process used for the oversight of the audit and selection of an independent auditor has not changed from the prior year.

Financial Statement Notes

PART IV, LINE 2B:

Under the terms of the tenants' lease agreements, each tenant is required to make a security deposit equal to approximately one months' rent. The amounts are retained until the tenant vacates, at which time such deposits are returned to the tenant less deduction for damages.

PART X, LINE 2:

The corporation is a not-for-profit corporation as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and is exempt from federal income taxes on it's exempt income under section 501(a) of the internal revenue code. The corporation is incorporated pursuant to title 15a:1 of the new jersey statutes and is not liable for new jersey corporate business income tax. The corporation accounts for uncertainty in income taxes using a recognition threshold of more-likely-than not to be sustained upon examination by the appropriate taxing authority. Measurement of the tax uncertainty occurs if the recognition threshold is met. Management determined there were no tax uncertainties that met the recognition threshold in 2015 and 2014. The corporation's federal exempt organization returns of income tax and its business income tax returns for the years ended prior to december 31, 2012 no longer subject to examination by the internal revenue service.
