The corporation has its form 990 prepared by an outside accounting firm and has established the following review process to ensure that the information reported is complete and accurate. When the form 990 has been prepared and is ready to be filed with the internal revenue service, it is provided to the members of the organization's board for review and any comments prior to its submission. Any applicable issues are addressed until the return is finalized and approved for filing.

Upon hire, employees are required to sign a conflict of interest policy. The supervisors of each department monitor and report any conflicts to the executive director who would then bring it to the attention of the board of trustees.
