Sunset gardens owned and operated an 81 unit building in brooklyn ny that provided affordable housing in the community. On december 10, 2019, the property was sold in a hud approved sale in order to facilitate the continued commitment to affordable housing by a new owner.

To provide housing to people meeting eligibility requirements determined by the united states.
