Mission

1. To purchase, lease, and accept property, whether real, personal, or mixed, by way of gift, bequest, or devise, from any person, firm, board or corporation, to be held, administered, and disposed of exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1954, targeting uses consistent with the long-range mission of the conservation district system. 2. To help support and grow participating organizations' service capacity and their beneficial community impact. 3. To secure the required technical, financial, educational and other services required to develop real estate for the use of non-profit agencies.
