“The organization is a not for profit voluntary membership organization. It has three classes of members. Members of class a are importers of mexican hass avocados into the united states. Members of class b are exporters of mexican hass avocados to the united states market. Members of class c are producers of hass avocados exported to the united states. Each class of members have the right to vote, as a class, for directors, any amendments to the by-laws and on such other matters as provided for in the by-laws.”

Appropriate action depending on the conflict is taken by the board. Disclosure statements are submitted by board members annually.”
