The member shall be entitled to appoint the board of directors by a writing delivered to the secreatary of the foundation with such signed writings delivered on or within ten days before the annual meeting of directors each year where an election of officers is scheduled or occur.

Las's governing board of directors will, annually, review and approve at a board meeting the following information: annual financial reports as prescribed by the arizona department of education all budgets and amended budgets annual audited financial statements federal and state information returns all reporting packages provided to trustees, investors and lenders prior to the required reporting deadline, the financial director (cfo) will present the above information to the governing board of directors for review and approval. Upon sufficient discussion, with no changes required, the president of the board will ask for a vote of approval of the document. No tax returns or audited financial statements are to be electronically conveyed to board members for approval.
