Keogh retains a Human Resources Consultant who does an annual analysis of comparable compensation for the same or a similar position. HRA, Inc., has a Management Agreement with Keogh to provide a qualified individual to perform the Executive Director Services.

Keogh has not identified any uncertain tax positions that require reporting under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles. Keogh would recognize costs related to any such uncertainties as interest expense and penalties in operating expenses. During the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, Keogh recognized no such interest or penalties.
