Mission and Program Overview

Mission

To foster the healthy development of children in cayuga county from infancy through the age of 21, to integrate services for at-risk children and families among educators, human services and law enforcement agencies and to assist communities in implementing evidence based programs in the areas of education, mental health, alternatives to incarceration, etc.
