“Arts in education: educational assemblies were provided for students in grades kindergarten through sixth grade (approximately 620 students). The assemblies were performed in brinckerhoff elementary school's cafeteria and in the classrooms. The objective of these assemblies is to expand the educational base that brinckerhoff elementary school provides in the classrooms.”
“School picnic/fun run: a school wide event. Activities and stations are set up for students to participate in. Activities include a photo booth, kona ice truck, dj, sand art and various playground activities. Groups of students are chaperoned by parent volunteers. The objective is to have a fun day for all students to participate in to promote comradery and foster positive relationships. Takes place during school hours.”

The objectives of this field trip were to promote camaraderie amongst the students and teachers and to celebrate the end of elementary school years.
