Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

Annually, officers, directors, and employees of the organization must sign a conflict of interest statement. Should a potential or actual conflict of interest occur for a director or officer of the board of directors, said director or officer of the board shall be requested to make a choice of removing him/herself from the conflicting situation or of resigning from the board. If an employee becomes aware of a potential conflict, then they must immediately notify their supervisor and appropriate action will be taken, if necessary.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

Recap' has a written compensation policy that applies to the ceo and cfo positions. The board of directors uses the blue water 2013 wage analysis study to determine appropriate salary levels for these two positions. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

The organization makes its form 990 available for public inspection as required under section 6104 of the internal revenue code.
