Frothingham Free Library

At Frothingham Free Library we aim to provide equitable access to information, resources and opportunities that support growth, well-being and lifelong learning. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to thrive, and we are committed to providing the tools and support necessary to make that possible.

To Provide Library Services to the Public and also provide programming to all in need. Program Service Accomplishments. -question 31 all Programs Our Services are open to all in need. The Library has all standard forms of library materials such as books, e-books, wi-fi access and various accessible media entertainment. The Library is a participant in our regional cooperative systems, granting people access to more media resources than those contained in our library. We offer an eclectic diverse variety of programming. These include but are not limited to Book Discussions, Story Hour, Craft clubs, live entertainment and outreach to local public and nursery schools. We also offer a variety of workshops, keeping with the mission as a non-profit, all free of charge. In 2023 We had 1174 Registered borrowers who contributed to the 14,045 media materials circulated through our library. We held over 189 public events with over 1704 participants.
