The report, which includes minimum, midpoint & maximum salaries for all positions, including the Executive Director, for U.S large metro areas is used in determining the salary increase for the staff unless a unilateral decision is made to not increase the salaries for the given year.”

We strive to achieve this through three distinct pathways - legal, advocacy and collaboration in four main areas of programming to: Achieve Legal Equality, End Sexual Violence, End Sexual Exploitation and End Harmful Practices. We strive to facilitate systemic legal change that addresses violence and discrimination against all women and girls around the world. We advocate for the development and implementation of progressive laws and jurisprudence in alignment with international law and standards and foster environments that respect women and girls. We also bring strategic litigation cases to set relevant precedents on women's and girls' rights before national, regional and international courts. We work in partnership with a broad and diverse range of actors, including most critically grassroots women's rights organizations around the world, to increase our mutual understanding, reach and impact. We amplify survivors' voices to influence policymaking at all levels. We conduct and publish research into regional and national laws affecting women and girls worldwide, with a view to strengthening laws for the protection of women and girls. We train law enforcement bodies, prosecutors, judges and activists on better implementation of laws against all forms of violence against women and girls. We look at the ecosystem of laws that may facilitate the sexual exploitation of women and girls and advocate for a holistic approach to ending exploitation, including sex trafficking, sex tourism and online sexual exploitation. We work on strategies to end harmful practices like female genital mutilation and child marriage through law reform, awareness raising and other community based media strategies.”
