The report, which includes minimum, midpoint & maximum salaries for all positions, including the Executive Director, for U.S large metro areas is used in determining the salary increase for the staff unless a unilateral decision is made to not increase the salariesfor the given year.”

We work on strategies to end harmful practices like female genital mutilation and child marriage through law reform, awareness raising and other community based engagement strategies. We look at the ecosystem of laws that may facilitate the sexual exploitation of women and girls and advocate for a holistic approach to ending exploitation, including sexual exploitation in both physical and digital spaces.”
