The organization uses space in the main concourse of grand central terminal, and in the grand central neighborhood alliance office that is under the control of the metropolitan transportation authority (mta). Thomas prendergast from the mta serves as a board member of the organization. Robert l billingsley, a board member, is also a vice president of cassidy turley, a real estate management firm. Cassidy turley is the managing agent of 122 east 42nd street and collects rent from the organization for leasing the space for our executive offices. The organization, collaborated with metropolitan transit authority/metronorth railroad to help finance and install decorative led lighting and illustrative signage on pershing square viaduct.”
