“Executive management and the board of directors review form 990 prior to filing. A copy of the 990 is distributed to the finance committee via email and they are asked to review. The finance committee meets via conference call to review and discuss. The finance committee approves the draft of the 990 after all of the questions have been answered. A copy of the 990 that was reviewed and approved by the finance committee is distributed to the entire board for comments.”

When any matter in which a member has an interest comes before the board or any committee or subcommittee of the board for decision or approval, that interest is immediately disclosed to the board or the committee or subcommittee by that member, and the member shall recuse himself or herself from any discussion and/or vote relating to that matter.”

OPERATION CONVERSATION: COPS AND KID'S - IS AN INNOVATIVE POLICE-COMMUNITY RELATIONS PROGRAM RUN BY ASP IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENTS.
