The associate head of school for finance & operations maintains a file each year. The head of school's contract is usually for a term of 2 years; top administrators' salaries are reviewed annually and are determined by the head of school as stated above, along with budget limitations set by the board. The board's goal in setting these salaries are to have them at the mean or slightly above the mean paid at comparable schools. This process was last done in 2023.”
