UPDATED ARTICLE III MEMBERSHIP IN BYLAWS FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP AND REGULAR MEMBERSHIP contd:For purposes of regular membership, the individual, company, firm, corporation or other form of enterprise submitting application must have installed, produced, distributed, or applied perlite products (I) during the 6 months preceding the date of application for membership and (ii) using a minimum of 5,000 cubic feet or 13 metric tons of perlite during the 12 months preceding the date of the application for membership.”
