The organization reviews salary history, biodata, market/industry comparisons and internal equity evaluations. For officers and key employees other than the president, an annual review is performed either by the president or human resources. For the president, the compensation is reviewed using comparability data by the board of directors and there is substantiation of the deliberation and decision. The board meeting for fiscal year 23 was held on june 9, 2023.
