When secondary review has been completed, and the federal form 990 has been appropriately updated or corrected, it is presented to the executive committee for their review and approval. It is then shared with the full board of directors prior to filing with the internal revenue service.”

Any reportable conflicts are reported on disclosure forms and at board meetings.
