“The organization has an executive committee which consists of the chairman, first vice-chairman, second vice-chairman, secretary, treasurer, and one additional director selected by the board. For other director level staff members, the executive director annually reviews and updates the compensation plan, which takes into account non-profit data for similar jobs throughout the u.s. All increases are based on performance (merit) reviews. The executive director supplies the finance & audit committee with current salaries for all staff members. This process was undertaken during 2015.”
