Mission
The enrollment management association, inc. (ema) provides unparalleled leadership and service in meeting the admission assessment and enrollment needs of schools, students, and families. Ema fulfills its mission by allocating resources to services which sustain and support these stakeholder groups. For schools, ema provides high quality admission and assessment tools and resources, professional training, information and research, and collegial support to member schools - regionally, nationally, and internationally. For students and their families, ema offers effective test preparation, guidance, and testing and application resources to support the independent private school admission process and help students make the best match possible.

- Publication expenses - publish and distribute publications of information about independent schools and the ssat.the ssatb web site for schools is a comprehensive online resource. News feeds, blogs, webinars, and a library of professional resources keeps members current on the wide breadth of ssatb services as well as industry news and practices. Ssatb also publishes, in both print and electronic form, an array of publications throughout each year designed to support school admission officers - "memberanda", "trends in admission", and any number of special surveys and reports. The annual meeting, which draws close to 500 admission professionals each year, is the only national conference focused exclusively on the information and resource needs of independent school admission officers, and the admission training institute, a two-day training program, provides those new to the profession with a thorough introduction to the job of admission.

SSATB FULFILLS ITS MISSION BY ALLOCATING RESOURCES TO SERVICES WHICH SUSTAIN AND SUPPORT THESE STAKEHOLDER GROUPS. FOR SCHOOLS, SSATB PROVIDES HIGH-QUALITY ADMISSION AND ASSESSMENT TOOLS AND RESOURCES, PROFESSIONAL TRAINING, INFORMATION, AND COLLEGIAL SUPPORT TO BOTH INEXPERIENCED AND EXPERIENCED MEMBERS - REGIONALLY, NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY.
