Mission

The specific charitable and public purposes are to benefit and support the housing authority of the city of san buenaventura by providing, developing, financing, rehabilitating, owning and operating decent, safe and sanitary housing affordable to persons and households of low income where no adequate housing exists for such groups.

Performance of the management of chapel lane l.p., which owns 38 apartment rental units, to be provided to qualifying senior low-income households, as well as exploring new financial mechanisms to develop more affordable housing.
