IT WAS COMPLETED IN 1999 THERE ARE 32 UNITS IN ELEVEN BUILDINGS ON SCATTERED SITES ELMWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION PHASE II (ENRII): THIS PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN 2003. THERE ARE 44 RESIDENTIAL UNITS AND ONE COMMUNITY SPACE IN 13 BUILDING ON SCATTERED SITES. ADELAIDE APARTMENTS: THIS PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN 2003. THERE ARE 36 UNITS IN TEN BUILDINGS ON SCATTERED SITES. ONE BUILDING WAS NEW CONSTRUCTION. THE OTHER NINE BUILDINGS ARE LARGE-SCALE, VICTORIAN-ERA HOMES AND CARRIAGE HOUSES IN AN HISTORIC DISTRICT. VILLA VICTORIA APARTMENTS: THIS PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN 2007. THIS WAS THE SECOND PHASE OF THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE HOMES ON HISTORIC PARKIS AVENUE (THE FIRST PHASE WAS A 16 UNIT CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT IN THREE BUILDINGS). FOUR OF THE SEVEN BUILDINGS ARE NEW CONSTRUCTION, WHILE THE OTHER THREE ARE LARGE-SCALE, HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT, VICTORIAN-ERA URBAN MANSIONS PARKIS HISTORIC PROPERTIES (PHP): THIS PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN 2011.
