Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7A

The trusteeship committee shall determine the number of vacancies on the board of trustees and shall propose a slate of candidates for such vacancies to the board of trustees for approval at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of the annual meeting. Once a slate of proposed trustees is approved by the trustees, the names of the persons so nominated shall be mailed to the members of the corporation and to the board not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the annual meeting. Part X, Line 2

The school accounts for the effect of any uncertain tax positions based on a "more likely than not" threshold to the recognition of the tax positions being sustained based on the technical merits of the position under scrutiny by the applicable taxing authority. If a tax position or positions are deemed to result in uncertainties of those positions, the unrecognized tax benefit is estimated based on a "cumulative probability assessment" that aggregates the estimated tax liability for all uncertain tax positions. The school has identified its tax status as a tax exempt entity as a tax position; however, the school has determined that such tax position does not result in an uncertainty requiring recognition. The school is not currently under examination by any taxing jurisdiction. The school's federal and state tax returns are generally open for examination for three years following the date filed.
