Financial Statement Notes

Part X, Line 2:

Accounting standards codification no. 740, "accounting for income taxes," established the minimum threshold for recognizing, and a system for measuring, the benefits of tax return positions in financial statements. Capstone has analyzed the organization's tax position taken on its income tax returns for the years (2011 through 2014), for the purposes of implementation, and has concluded that no additional provision for income taxes is necessary in capstone's financial statements.

Part XI, Line 4B - Other Adjustments:

Insurance proceeds gain on sale of fixed asset
