Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 11B

The tax return is reviewed by the chairman of the board, treasurer and the president. It is then submitted to the board of directors for approval. Form 990, part vi, line 12c enforcement of conflicts policy the executive director and executive committee are required to review transactions to insure no conflict of interest. Annually, all board members and employees are required to submit a letter stating there have been no conflicts or detailing any that they are aware of. Form 990, part vi, line 15a compensation process for top official the organization does not have a payroll. The management is provided by the related entity marguerite's place, inc., for a set fee.

Financial statements are available upon request. The bylaws have been filed with the new hampshire secretary of state's office and the conflict of interest policy is in accordance with the new hampshire state guidelines.
